I have been living at this address for 4 years and the rent has been increased 3 times.
I am now paying 25% more than what I started off with. I feel that consumers should come into an agreement, and have the proper expectations to better plan their future. If I would have known about the rental increase practices at this location, I certainly would have kept looking elsewhere or even planned to move out by the time the lease ended.
